McCune Law, P.A., has years of experience in a wide range of real estate matters, from relatively routine residential closings to complex commercial transactions. We close millions of dollars in real estate transactions every year including single family homes, condominiums, townhouses, apartments and commercial buildings.

Our attorneys have closed on hundreds of properties throughout the State of Florida. We have an established reputation among attorneys, real estate agents, banks and mortgage brokers for the professional and personal service we provide to our clients in every aspect of the real estate process.

Every step of the way, our attorneys are available to provide additional information and to answer questions. We charge a single fee for the entire process, from initial consultation to negotiating contract terms, to conducting the closing. Based on our extensive experience, we help our clients avoid many problems that can arise in a real estate transaction.

What skills does a real estate attorney bring to the table?

A real estate attorney provides another level of professional protection. Their knowledge of real estate law is greater than that of real estate agents and title companies without legal expertise. At McCune Law, P.A., we guide you through every facet of the transaction and make it as simple and painless as possible.

Title Issues:

If there is a title issue to resolve, an attorney will be better suited to properly handle the problem. At McCune Law, P.A., we ensure the title is marketable through the issuance of title policies. Title insurance is a must. Even if you pay cash for your property, the title is the only evidence of ownership besides possession. At McCune Law, P.A., we review the history of the title called the "chain of title" and in turn, pass on to you an insurance policy that guarantees its marketability.

How much does a Florida real estate title search cost?

Initial consultation is complimentary and can be arranged by phone or by appointment. Attorney fees vary on a standard title issue affecting homestead property, but we will work to make it affordable for you. Please email kkmccunelaw@bellsouth.net for a customized quote. You will not pay anything until closing and will know in advance what our fees will be. No hidden charges apply.

McCune Law, P.A., can relate to the inconvenience and complexity associated with closing a piece of property. With McCune Law, P.A., instead of sorting through countless listings for title companies or information about titles, you can process a closing for property anywhere across the entire State of Florida with us.

Why do I need a Will?

Wills are documents that specify how your estate should be distributed after your death. The primary objective of a Will is to transfer property and/or money to beneficiaries. Having your Will prepared by McCune Law, P.A., has many benefits - the biggest being the peace of mind it brings knowing that is has been done correctly.

What is a Living Will?

A Living Will informs others of the kind of medical treatment you wish to receive, or not to receive, when you have a terminal illness or become incapable of communicating your wishes. A Living Will instructs medical personnel when to maintain life support, when to turn it off, and when to resuscitate you. If you don't leave these instructions, someone else will make these decisions for you if you should become incapacitated.

What is a Power of Attorney?

Powers of Attorney delegate legal authority from one person to another. A Power of Attorney may be "special" or "limited" to one specified act, or it may be "general" giving your chosen agent/attorney-in-fact various powers to act on your behalf.
